Queensland only.  Brisbane is preferred, but other major QLD locations may be considered.
-          - Up to $5.00 M (consider up to $7.00 M)    - GRV 70% (consider up to 75%)
-        
          Rate 11.5% pa                     Establishment fee (to lender) 2%                   Term up to 18 months

Generally speaking, we do have other construction funding available from 15% pa up to $15.00 M (though again larger transactions may be considered), anywhere that makes sense.
Up to GRV 60% will be considered.
